  • Hazella is named after our two daughters, Hazel and Ella — the inspiration behind our mission to grow beautiful, premium-quality mushrooms in rural Franklin, Auckland.

    Our focus is to produce umami-rich oyster varieties, grown with care and harvested at peak freshness.

    Our range is composed by fresh mushrooms, restaurant packs, grow-your-own mushroom buckets, and wholesale bulk orders. We deliver fresh mushrooms in Auckland and ship grow buckets nationwide across New Zealand.
